Welcome to a collection series of figurines that depict the stories in God’s written word, the Bible. Their message is for us to share with as many family, friends, or acquaintances as God leads our way.
Over the ages the cross has been a great inspirational symbol. It has served as a reminder to be thankful for the sacrifice Jesus Christ made for our sins. However, God has placed it upon our hearts that Satan, in all of his craftiness, has managed to dilute the importance of the cross over time. It has become a frequently seen symbol used in religious, social and business environments for various purposes.
With this realization it became aware to us that with all the importance of the cross, without the empty tomb Jesus Christ would be just another person who was brutally crucified by the Romans. The empty tomb is our hope, promise, and proof of life eternal either spent in heaven or hell. We must continue to tell the whole story and proclaim the good news that Jesus Christ our Lord is the only one who has risen from the dead, and left the tomb empty.
As the development of the “Empty Tomb” figurines progressed, they have expanded to include those Bible stories dealing with rock, mountain, and stone. We hope that in some small way these figurines will serve as visual reminders of God’s love, promises, direction, and hope.
Welcome to something bigger than all of us. Welcome to the work of a loving God who can accomplish great things through people who are only concerned with bringing glory to His name.
