| Details: Stationery (letterhead, envelope and biz cards) is setup on an economy white paper with two ink colors (black plus one). Logo design and stationery proofs will be emailed to you for approval before printing. All text for web site must be emailed by client as an TXT, DOC or email message. All photos (limit 12) must be emailed by client as attachments (no more than 3 at a time) please no photos over 500 MB in file size. Web site is static brochureware, not e-commerce capable. CD will be shipped to you when the entire project is done and paid in full and will contain graphics files in several formats that you may use any way you please. NewPage does not hold any rights to the final art. Domain and web site must be hosted with Digital Core Solutions for one year (renewable). Re-orders can be made of stationery through an online third-party supplier. An account will be setup oline for you to make re-orders. A 50% deposit must be paid (by credit cartd) in advance of any work started. You will be invoiced via e-mail through PayPal secure payment system for the deposit and the final balance on completion and delivery of your order. Logo project will go as follows. NewPage will send you several logos of your competitors or similar companies to reiview. YOu will share your thoughts on what you like and dislike about the logos. You will be sked a few simple questions as well. After receiving your answers, Newpage will design one logo that fits your criteria. If after reviewing the first logo proof you desire more choices, NewPage will created new logo choices at an additional fee of $125 each (to be added to your balance). If any logo you choose needs minor changes, there will be no extra fees for minor changes. After a logo is finalized, the stationery design and production will follow. After stationery and labels are delivered, the web site will be produced and posted live for public access. If you choose to pay in full for the entire package in advance, NewPage will give you a 10% discount or 10% credit towards future graphic design services. |
